The night prior, I laid out my workout clothes complete with socks tucked in my shoes. I told myself I’d do a morning workout. My body woke up and I looked at the clock. I had 5 minutes to get to they gym before a morning workout would dip into my time getting out the door to work. I put on my clothes, grabbed a water bottle and was at the gym within 5 minutes. You go girl! That’s what I said to myself.
Then for dinner I totally vegged out. Is that not the corniest line you’ve ever heard? OK, OK, I’ll stop.
